Lushrew are common near beaches and coastlines, burrowing into the terrain to travel and to create their nests. Some consider them to be pests, but Pokémon Rangers consider them allies because they will assail those who throw waste into the ocean.

When it curls up in a ball, it can make any attack bounce off harmlessly. Lushrew is so powerful even a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart houses.
