Mamask taunt talented fighters to try and test if anyone is worthy of the championship belts that they flaunt. If a Mamask deems a Trainer worthy, it will agree to travel with them, but it will still refuse to hand over the physical belt itself.

These Pokémon arose from the spirits of people interred in graves in past ages. It is impossible to defend against punches and chops doled out by its four arms.
