Magrua disguises itself as a human child near volcanic environments to lure travelers to its location. It attempts to trick them into lava-filled crevices before feeding on them.
To protect themselves from danger, they hide their true identities by transforming into people and Pokémon. The shell on its back is made of hardened magma.
