When angered, Magigigas emerges out of the water to strike down anyone who would bring harm to the environment. Unfortunately, it takes a while to adjust to breathing air, so it needs additional time to splash about and find its bearings.
There is an enduring legend that states this Pokémon towed continents with ropes. Its swimming muscles are weak, so it is easily washed away by currents.
