Magimoth live in shallow ponds, diving as deep as they can if they feel like they're in danger. If their escape fails, they become agitated, fluttering their fins and flopping out of the water in an effort to get from one pond to another.
Magimoth are nocturnal--they only are active at night. Its swimming muscles are weak, so it is easily washed away by currents.
