The white fire on a Milferno's tail is quite noticeable at night, so Milferno keeps it low when it doesn't want to be seen. If it feels threatened, it can make the fire emit a smell of curdled milk, deterring pursuit.

To intimidate attackers, it stretches the fire on its tail to make itself appear bigger. It gives over five gallons of milk daily.
