As Minvire charges up its tails, anything that has a magnetic charge nearby starts to be attracted and circles around the tips. It then uses its tails like a bow and arrow, firing sharp bits of iron and other metals towards its opponent.
It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of power. At a meeting of Pokémon academics, it was announced that simultaneous exposure to electricity from a Plusle and Minvire will promote circulation and boost vitality.
