Necroeon's fur is always locked into the position they were last in before impurities grew over and hardened on them. There is an organ in its body that is able to produce light; however, it has been dormant for a long time now.

Its cells generate weak power that is amplified by its fur's static electricity to drop thunderbolts. Light is apparently the source of its energy.
