Pacada looks similar enough to normal Paras that it took several years before researchers realized it was a different species. Its existence ignited a few theories of Paras and Nincada sharing common ancestry.

It makes its nest at the roots of a mighty tree. A Pacada has parasitic tochukaso mushrooms growing on its back.
