Phantbink resemble dead logs that are carried or rolled into caves for other Pokémon to use as shelter. They imitate the voice of a child to try to make friends, but all this does is leave people lost deep in caves.
Born from the high temperatures and pressures deep underground, it defends itself by firing beams from the jewel part of its body. These Pokémon are stumps possessed by the spirits of children who died in the forest.
