Pidrina nest in alpine regions, finding hollows amongst tree roots to hide their nests from predators. Their chirps and cries can be heard echoing through the forests, turning frantic and aggressive should someone get too close to their nest.
When it is with its friends or family, its barbs are tucked away to prevent injury. It has an extremely sharp sense of direction.
