Typically found in the frigid north, Pilofing's incredible sense of smell is able to hone in on exactly what it wants to find over other scents, including smoke or its own constantly-emitted smelly gas. As a result, it is sometimes used for tracking.

Getting up close to a Pilofing will give you a chance to observe, through its thin skin, the toxic gases swirling inside. A Pilofing is covered by a thick coat of long hair for enduring freezing cold.
