As Plusvire charges up its tails, anything that has a magnetic charge nearby starts to be attracted and attached onto the tips. It then uses its tails like clubs, with the metals that have been attracted instantly falling off after use.
It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of power. It has the trait of cheering on its fellow Pokémon.
