Polirith have two fists, which they use to break large rocks. By destroying these rocks, they can raid the hidden burrows of underwater Pokémon. The spiral on the front of its face is used to hypnotize other Pokémon.
It was resurrected from a fossil using the power of science. Its highly developed muscles never grow fatigued, however much it exercises.
