When Poryor is without its shell, it constantly leaks corrupted, garbage data into any computer it's in. Once a device has crashed from having maxed out its storage, it can safely eat the electronic and use the device's casing as its new shell.

Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
