Porykip uses its floating fin to sense and track when and where new files are being downloaded in the device it's in. Despite its size, it possesses the strength necessary to bash through firewalls and access other computers.

On land, it can powerfully lift large boulders by planting its four feet and heaving. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
