Porybro has a large virus attached to its tail that grows larger the more code it sucks off of Porybro. With enough time and data, the virus can expand to cover Porybro's whole body, similarly to that of the shell of Mega Slowbro.
Its tail has a Shellder firmly attached with a bite. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
