When Porybull spots a virus in a computer, it grows incredibly irate and flails its disembodied arms in all directions. It refuses to do anything else until it senses the problem is being addressed.
By baring its fangs and making a scary face, it sends smaller Pokémon scurrying in terror. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
