Psybuffet are unusually resistant to mental assault; attempts to attack them with Psychic-type attacks invariably result in headaches for the aggressor. Psybuffet seem unaware of their resistance, simply clutching their head whenever they're attacked.

Usually docile, a Psybuffet strikes back ferociously if its black tail is attacked. When its headache intensifies, it starts using strange powers.
