Railucha generate electricity through the friction of their feathers, especially when gliding through the air. Though they can fight with electrical bolts, they prefer to fight up close. They have been known to grapple foes and shock them.

With its wings, it controls its position in the air. If it stores too much electricity, its behavior turns aggressive.
