Raleye collect shards of amethyst and other gemstones to try and amplify their psychic power. Unfortunately, they often have trouble controlling their hunger and eat away at their scraps before they can make any progress.

It digs branching holes in caves using its sharp claws in search of food--raw gems. A Raleye has the power to sense the emotions of people and Pokémon with the horns on its head.
