There is a tale that tells of two Regiper trying to get juice from a Shuckle. One ties a rope to it to try and pull it apart while the other befriends it. Both succeed, but the one that tied a rope realizes its method is unsustainable.

Regiper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. There is an enduring legend that states this Pokémon towed continents with ropes.
