Sablcolo often dance erratically to deter people from approaching mineshafts in caves. These mineshafts are full of crystals that Sablcolo hoard and devour.
When it hears festive music, all the cells in its body become stimulated, and it begins moving in rhythm. It digs branching holes in caves using its sharp claws in search of food--raw gems.
