Sableon are only found in deep underwater caverns often feasting on the gems that miners are never able to reach. Their diet tends to lead to them sparkling when exposed to light, a direct contrast to how they completely vanish under the water.
Sableon underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater. It digs branching holes in caves using its sharp claws in search of food--raw gems.
