Seato hide beneath shallow water with only their snout exposed from beneath their shells. They wait for prey to approach before firing off a compressed jet of water to knock them out, grabbing onto them, and swimming away.
It is a Pokémon that has been regenerated from a fossil. The poisonous barbs all over its body are highly valued as ingredients for making traditional herbal medicine.
