Laoh are highly sensitive empaths and can sense ill intent from miles away. Their dazzling feathers, combined with their psychic powers, help to camouflage their small colonies from potential threats.

Laoh are highly empathetic Pokémon, owing to their telepathy. It is rumored that when someone is feeling strongly upset, they may appear and dance to show off the shimmering of their colorful feathers, which are said to bring joy.

Jolgela have a mutualistic relationship with Joltik. Jolgela provide protection and a source of static for the Joltik, while the Joltik's relatively low individual charge amplifies Jolgela's potential electrical output.

Endemic to volcanic environments, these Pokémon have inadvertently assisted archeologists by collecting buried skeletal remains where scientists struggle to go. Unfortunately, they have a penchant for rolling away with new finds just as often.
