Baluna are mostly immobile, hanging from tree branches as they await evolution. If in danger, they can spin rapidly before detaching themselves, drilling into the ground. This process expends a lot of energy, however, delaying their evolution.
It remains virtually immobile while it clings to a tree. A Baluna moves by spinning on its single foot.
