Bellbuzz live in very large communities, dancing in the sun together. They use the flower on their head to absorb sunlight, converting it into nutrients. They are very social Pokémon, often helping out Trainers or inviting them to join their dances.

When a storm approaches, it competes with others to scale heights that are likely to be stricken by lightning. Its flower petals deepen in color through exposure to sunlight.
