Bellterra remain almost motionless for large periods of time, causing their backs to be overgrown with plant life and riddled with parasites. These two are at almost constant war with each other, fighting for nutrients.

Small Pokémon occasionally gather on its unmoving back to begin building their nests. A Bellterra's thin and flexible body lets it bend and sway to avoid any attack, however strong it may be.
