The milk of a Cartank is extremely high in mineral content, but too high for humans to safely drink. Instead, Rock-type and Steel-type Pokémon use it to make their bodies even tougher.
It gives over five gallons of milk daily. Born from the high temperatures and pressures deep underground, it defends itself by firing beams from the jewel part of its body.
