The shiny dust that sparkles at the bottom of Clefsand's body helps it climb up steep mountains by lowering its gravity. This strange power only activates on bright, moonlit nights; the dust dims and becomes powerless in the sunlight.

Buried beneath the castle are masses of dried-up bones from those whose vitality it has drained. A Clefsand uses its wings to skip lightly as if it were flying.
