The top of Cransect's mushroom is remarkably solid and heavy. To defend itself, Cransect will leap from the ground and fall mushroom-first onto its foes in an attempt to crush them.

Cransect are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients. It lived in jungles around 100 million years ago.
