Dheleon is said to be born from the souls of captains who met tragic ends at sea. It rules over colonies of undersea Pokémon in sunken ships, with larger ships only being ruled by those with the most impressive anchor head crests.

The three horns that extend from its beak attest to its power. The soul of seaweed adrift in the waves became reborn as this Pokémon.
