Electbra channel electrical energy through metal implements and are known to go out of their way to gather discarded metal scraps to wield in combat. Bolts of their electricity frequently cause debilitating migraines in those struck.
It is rumored that a boy with psychic abilities suddenly transformed into Electbra while he was assisting research into extrasensory powers. It generates electricity using friction from the atmosphere.
