When Forreor fires off a spike from one of its cannons, the recoil from the blast is enough to crumble its steel shell. As long as it's in the ozone layer, it can absorb some nanoparticles to mend the shell.
Originally making its home in the ozone layer, it hurtles to the ground when the shell enclosing its body grows too heavy. It keeps itself inside its steel shell.
