Frogto's shell is covered in millions of tiny bubbles it produces to regulate its body temperature. They cluster on sea cave walls, making distinct popping noises as they shift subtly in their sleep.
It is a Pokémon that has been regenerated from a fossil. It can throw bubble-covered pebbles with precise control, hitting empty cans up to a hundred feet away.
