Jolpix often gather around power plants to consume the leftover electric waste. They don't seem to mind stealing edible garbage left by the plant workers either.
It can freely control fire, making fiery orbs fly like will-o'-the-wisps. They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch.
