Since Kingoh's head is cozily tucked between its wings, many people believed the large claw that it raises is its head. Since it mainly sits in one place due to how heavy its wings are, the waters it lies in turn a deeply saturated rainbow color.
Its feathers--which glow in seven colors depending on the angle at which they are struck by light--are thought to bring joy. It waves its huge, oversized claw in the air to communicate with others.
