Kingsand release a pleasant aroma from their bodies, drawing smaller fish towards them. Once they get too close, they will snatch them up with their big, meaty claw, shoving them into their mouths.

Buried beneath the castle are masses of dried-up bones from those whose vitality it has drained. It waves its huge, oversized claw in the air to communicate with others.
