Rarely found in sloped areas, Lickimander's body is near-constantly filled with a flammable gas. Thankfully, its body is equipped to handle flames of high temperatures, so an accidental ignition wouldn't hurt Lickimander very much.

The flame that burns at the tip of its tail is an indication of its emotions. Whenever it sees something unfamiliar, it always licks the object because it memorizes things by texture and taste.
