Litnoir are often conflicted between ferrying spirits and devouring them. The brighter their flame and the more melted their wax, the more upset they are. Sometimes Litnoir take their anger out on gravestones.
The antenna on its head captures radio waves from the world of spirits that command it to take people there. While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it.
