The small island Luterra carries on its back maintains its own weather system. Considering that the island also features miniature ruins and cave systems, it is speculated that Luterra may have provided a home for a tiny, extinct civilisation.
Small Pokémon occasionally gather on its unmoving back to begin building their nests. Luterra is so powerful even a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart houses.
