The angrier Pikape gets, the more electricity they will build up inside of them. Once they build up too much, they will discharge it in a blind fit of rage, attacking anything they can see.
When it becomes furious, its blood circulation becomes more robust, and its muscles are made stronger. It stores electricity in the electric sacs on its cheeks.
