Plusper coats anything it touches with a gel that causes temporary paralysis. This was used in hospitals in the past to numb painful areas and allow treatment. Being around the gel too often can cause lung problems, so it is no longer used.
Plusper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. It has the trait of cheering on its fellow Pokémon.
