If Poryvire touches the tips of its two tails together, it will accidentally let loose thousands of volts of electricity and shock itself. Any data it tries to process becomes corrupted and destroyed once it flows between its horns.
It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of power. Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon.
