Although having an innocent appearance, Pyukusect have a gruesome form of recreation. They often huddle in groups, attempting to catch falling Chimchar with their cone-shaped shells.

Pyukusect are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients. It can eject its internal organs, which it uses to engulf its prey or battle enemies.
