Sandzma sunbathes in the sun all day to absorb light energy, but that also causes its armor to be very brittle and cragged. Each time it uses a powerful attack like a laser beam, its body cracks a little from the intensity.

Light is apparently the source of its energy. When it curls up in a ball, it can make any attack bounce off harmlessly.
