Sneasect drags its long nails across windows in mountain villages at night to get the residents' attention. If the window is opened, it releases a puff of numbing spores before dragging the victim away.

Sneasect climbs trees and severs Pineco from the branches. It then tears into Pineco's shell and fills Pineco with spores.

Sneasect are known to infest the roots of large trees en masse and drain nutrients. A Sneasect scales trees by punching its hooked claws into the bark.
