Horgon-Z seems to enjoy inhabiting virtual aquariums present on some desktops. The corrupted ink it sometimes spits from its mouth can cause visual errors in the background or in any other digital aquatic denizens.
Additional software was installed to make it a better Pokémon. By cleverly flicking the fins on its back side to side, it moves in any direction while facing forward.
