Togeplume drift through the air by flapping their petals. They seek out places of conflict in order to bring peace and tranquility; this is accomplished through their spores, which induce a calming effect when inhaled.
In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Togeplume turns yellow with the powder as it walks. It will never appear where there is strife.
